Patel Technology Returns & Refunds Policy

At Patel Technology, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to ensure that our products meet your expectations. However, we also have measures in place to prevent misuse of our returns and refunds process. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items purchased directly from Patel Technology within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order number must accompany the return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, including software, downloadable digital products, clearance items, and customized or personalized goods, are not eligible for return.

2. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item passes inspection. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the following criteria:

  • Inspection & Restocking Fees: If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. In some cases, a refund may be refused if the item is not in acceptable condition.

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or defective. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where Patel Technology made an error.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, after verifying the claim.

To file a claim, provide the following:

  • Photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product.

  • Description of the issue.

  • Proof of purchase.

4. Fraud Prevention Measures

Patel Technology takes fraud prevention seriously. To protect our business and customers, we adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Serial Number Verification: For electronic products, serial numbers must match the one assigned to the original purchase.

  • Return Limitations: Customers who frequently return items may be subject to return restrictions.

  • False Claims: Submitting false claims of damaged or defective items will result in permanent disqualification from future returns and refunds. Legal action may be taken if fraudulent activity is detected.

  • Tracking & Documentation: Returns must be sent using a traceable shipping method. Patel Technology is not responsible for lost or damaged returns without proof of shipment.

5. Warranty Claims

For products under warranty, please refer to the warranty terms and conditions. In cases of product failure under warranty, repairs or replacements will be provided as outlined in the product's warranty policy.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Evidence of misuse, tampering, or intentional damage.

  • Return requests made after the 30-day return window.
